Avalanch ft Gabriela – Long Time

It’s no secret that Avalanch is one of my favourite artists, not only is he a very under-rated grime artist but he also has the ability to sing on other genres and his brand new track alongside female vocallist ‘Gabriela’ proves just that.

Long Time is essentially an ode to those at war and Avalanch does a great job of dropping some deep thought provoking lyrics that put the listener in a different place of thought, he’s backed up perfectly by Gabrielas inch perfect singing of the hook and together they drop a truly inspiring track.

The track is a tale about Avalanchs love for music and wanting to know what it is that keeps drawing him back, we dont know what it is but were glad it does….it’s shot to perfection by Aim High who do a great job of telling the tale…it’s just MASSIVE!!!

Avalanch – Everyone [Prod By SIN] [Out September]

Artist: Avalanch
Title: Everyone
Release Date: September
Producer: S.I.N.
Label: M.O.G. Productions
Available from: iTunes, Amazon, Spotify

At last, M.O.G. Productions are able to announce the release of Avalanch’s new single, Everyone.

The M.O.G. team are thrilled by the news and the potential it has to aid in the MC’s rising status in the turbulent underground scene.
Since being propelling into the Grime world’s consciousness with the Somebody Slap Me!mixtape series, Avalanch has gone on to become a continual threat to the fellow up-and-comers in the industry.

The North Londoner’s latest mixtape release, The Recovery Position, has earned him nods as one to look out for, too. Nestled within it, listeners will find one of the musician’s finest tracks to date – Everyone – which sums-up all that the artist stands for.

As the rest of the game scramble back to adjust to Grime’s old characteristics, Avalanch shows that some spitters never left it. The experienced MC may still be working his way up the ladder, but by detaching himself from the most highlighted action,, he’s been able to hone his craft as a lyricist and the gritty region of the genre, where he resides. No tracks prove this more than his latest single.

Everyone features Avalanch relentlessly battling the raucous production supplied to him by S.I.N., an Estonian beatsmith. On it, he fights conflicting  views of the scene. He prioritises by addressing the ‘big man’ fronting of some artists and his hopes that mellower personalities will disperse the tension clogging Grime up.

Avalanch has all areas covered and if he needs to show people how to get greezy,he’ll be giving out lessons for the rest of the year. Until then, use this track for reference purposes. For those who are reluctant delve into The Recovery Position, Avalanch offers the perfect incentive with Everyone.

Avalanch – Time To Flow [Link-Up TV]

North Londons Avalanch is perhaps one of the grime scenes most under-rated names who from the turn of last year has been putting out quality material on a regular basis yet still finds himself just teetering on the edge of things, it’s surprising when you take into account his lyrical content, potent delivery and versatility with tracks why the name Avalanch isnt being mentioned among the very top boys.

As a statement of his intent and what he can do Avalanch now drops some fire on Link-Up Tvs ‘Time To Flow’ series and as with a lot of Avalanch output it’s straight up madness, the beat in the background allows Avalanch to fully showcase himself to the maximum, listen below.

Avalanch – The Recovery Position [Official Video]

29th of April saw the brand new mixtape from North London based mc Avalanch drop titled ‘The Recovery Position’ which was a mixtape that contained both all out grime and tracks with a deeper meaning ranging from the toe tappingly good track ‘No More Grime’ to the heartfelt tribute to his friend Paige on the track ‘Tribute To Paige’.

The Recovery Position is a mixtape with a difference as it shows off Avalanch’ ability as an artist as well as an mc, from the very first track ‘Recovery Position’ to the last ‘Tribute To Paige’ the mixtape strikes all the right notes and captures the imagination of the listener making it almost impossible to stop listening.

Never one to take things lightly the hard working Avalanch today brings to us the fourth video to accompany tracks that feature on the release in the shape of ‘Recovery Position’, the track is somewhat a tale about Avalanch helping grime recover and he does it his way, there’s no hype, just well thought out lyrics that have meaning and a place.

The video filmed by AandSCreations does it’s job, there isnt much action but there doesnt need to be, the track doesnt call for any of that, it’s just Avalanch reciting his bars which is all thats needed, this is a massive track from a massive artist and yes you guessed it it gets a massive video to boot, this is Avalanch and he has the scene in the Recovery Position!!!

It’s been a while since we heard anything new from JP so he’s decided to treat us all to an EP that contains 10 tracks of good thought provoking music with a message, hype makes way or for deep lyrics on this EP and it’s a nice little change of pace from the hustle and bustle of the 140bpm tempo.
